Serenbria

Editorial standards

Bold hooks.
True numbers.

Sourcing

Every story is built from the primary source where one exists (the court filing, the research paper, the earnings report, the company's own post) and at least two independent news outlets. Every source is linked on the story's page and in the Friday newsletter. If we can't link it, we don't use it.

Accuracy

Every number, quote and date in a story appears in a source we read. We don't round up, extrapolate or guess, and we don't inflate a number to make a hook land. Headlines and hooks use the boldest framing that is still true. When a story is about an accusation, we say who made it and whether anyone has been charged or found responsible.

Independence

No one pays to be covered, and no one sees a story before it is published. Sponsors and partners never choose, review or influence our coverage. Sponsored content is always labelled as sponsored. If we ever have a personal or financial interest in a company we cover, we say so in the story.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help research, write and produce stories, and the narration voice is AI-generated. We say so on every post, and we switch on each platform's AI label. AI never decides what is true: every fact is checked against the sources above, and a human editor approves every story before it is published. The animations are drawn in code to our own design; we don't use AI-generated footage of real people or events.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so. Report an error to mail@serenbria.com with a link to the story and, if you can, a source. We reply to every report.

When a correction is needed, we update the story's page with a dated note at the bottom saying what changed. If the error is material (it changes what the story means), we also post the correction on the platforms where the story ran and include it in the next Friday newsletter. We never quietly delete a story to hide a mistake.

Tips

Know something we should look at? Write to mail@serenbria.com. We read everything, and we never name a source who asks not to be named.
